Terry "Bart" Raymond neighbor,long time friend. Truly one of the greats His mother Helen and Father Ted were like a second set of parents for a lot of us.They were easy to talk to just like Terry. They all loved to laugh. When ever you were going to do something with "Bart" it would have to be on "BS" time or Bart standard time. Those that knew him know of what I speak. Lovely man good friend. Terry was my best friend at Lake Burien but sadly we lost contact at Seahurst and Highline. He was a great guy.
