Dianne passed away August 19, 2014, after a courageous fight against colon cancer at age 65 at her home in Lake Stevens. She was born in Chicago, Ill. on Feb 20, 1949, to Joseph and Ampora (Ampy) Chamberlin. She graduated in 1966 from Highline High School in Burien, Wash and attended Al Collins Graphic Design School, Phoenix, Ariz. and El Camino College in Torrence, Calif. She had a varied career in photography and a love for road trips led her to driving school and charter buses. She recently celebrated 29 years of sobriety and enjoyed 20 years playing with the Rainbow City Band in Seattle. She loved music, her dogs, but most of all her great love of people. Dianne is survived by her wife, Sandi Vann; step-daughter, Deann Sanders; step-grandchildren, Taylor and Tristan; twin sister, Delora Richmond of Calif.; and many nieces and a nephew. She was a devoted wife, caring sister and thoughtful friend who will be missed more than she ever imagined. Her smile will always be remembered.
