I first met Bruce at St.Francis. A big kid always. Very quiet but really a most pleasant person. Lived in my neighborhood. Like so many others I lost track of him. Would liked to have known him as an adult.
I knew Bruce starting in grade school, at St. Francis. He was a tall, gangly guy who, as I recall, sat behind me in Miss Boyles' 7th grade class. Everyone thought he was sort of weird, but perhaps that was because we were kids and he was new to all of us. He was an OK guy who I lost track of after the 8th grade. Our paths did not cross much at Highline.
Thanks for remeberring Bruce, I to was at St. Frances with a great group of kids, Bruce being one of them. He had a wonderful nature. I noticed that he was a veteran. Does anyone know whether or not he served in Viet Nam? We are losing so many of our generation to the exposure to mental and physical (chemical) stress of that conflict.
